Valery Dronsky, MD, FACS, attended Russian State Medical University in Moscow, Russia, and received his medical degree in 1988. He then served as faculty member at Russian State Medical University prior to relocating to the United States, where he completed clinical research at UCSF California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA. In addition, Dr. Dronsky conducted his residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and SUNY Downstate Medical Heath Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. He performed his minimally invasive laparoscopic fellowship training at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He received board certification in general surgery from the American Board of Surgery.
